Cloak is private payment infrastructure for Solana, enabling individuals, neobanks, and funds to transfer and swap on-chain without exposing transactions to the public.
Sobre
Every payment on Solana is publicly visible, permanently indexed, and traceable by anyone. For individuals this is a privacy concern. For businesses — neobanks, funds, payroll providers, and corporate treasuries — it's an operational risk that blocks real adoption. Cloak is private payment infrastructure built natively for Solana. We enable confidential transfers, swaps, and batch payments on-chain without exposing sender, recipient, or amount to the public. A company paying contractors in USDC shouldn't make every salary permanently public. A fund moving capital between positions shouldn't signal its strategy before execution completes. A neobank settling transactions on-chain shouldn't expose its entire customer flow in real time. The protocol combines a shared Shield Pool with Groth16 zero-knowledge proofs verified completely on-chain. Payments are private by default and mathematically sound — not just obfuscated. Transaction cost is under $0.50, proof generation under one second, and the SDK lets any product integrate private payments without building ZK infrastructure in-house. For institutions that require auditability, Cloak includes a compliance layer with hierarchical viewing keys. Finance teams, auditors, and regulators can access transaction data with scoped permissions when there is legitimate reason to do so. Privacy by default, transparency when required — the same way physical cash works, implemented cryptographically on-chain.
